When I try to save a particle list through the GUI, the command in the log is
save {path_to_particle_list.star} partlist #1.2.2 voldim 952.000,1270.000,296.000 voxelsize 10.000 prefix AQB1tomo suffix None tomonumber 002 prior False
which fails because it's expecting a keyword.
When I run the same command with "format relion5", it correctly writes the particle list.
