As part of an ongoing effort to focus resources on enhancing our core products, we've made the decision to sunset the Tenor API on June 30, 2026.
What you need to know
Key Dates:
January 13, 2026:
New API key sign-ups and new integrations will no longer be accepted.
June 30, 2026:
Any API or Ads Distribution Agreements you have with Tenor will be terminated.
Current integrations that use the Tenor API will be fully decommissioned.
Suggested action: Plan and make any necessary changes before June 30, 2026.
Tip: After June 30, 2026, if you haven't transitioned out of the API, any attempt to make an API request will fail with an error message.
