SMTP on port 25 report error

Before considering opening a bug, I prefer to ask if I did a mistake.
On my private network, I have a postfix server acting as a relay to gmail. The connection from any application is done via port 25, no user and password, no encryption.

When trying to set this port in dockhand, I disable TLS/SSL and enable "skip TLS verify", which seem to me the right settings, although I test all combination and none are passing the "test". The error I get is

SMTP error: Error upgrading connection with STARTTLS: 454 4.7.0 TLS not available due to local problem

What do I do wrong

@gaetanlord how did you setup your postfix email?
Did you use a container for this?
If so, is it possible to share the compose file?
