v0.3 Changes Window and Multiplayer Support

RollerCoaster Tycoon Randomizer mod for RCT1 and RCT2 inside of OpenRCT2.

You'll need a development build of OpenRCT2 from https://openrct2.org/downloads/develop/latest

Copy the rctrando.js file into the OpenRCT2 plugin folder, which is usually %USERPROFILE%\Documents\OpenRCT2\plugin\

Changes

• a new window for the list of changes, which you can find by clicking and holding on the Map icon on the top toolbar

• The game will now automatically pause when starting so that you can read the changes list before playing
• multiplayer support: currently there's a bug where the host needs to click the Randomizer's Start Game button before anyone can join
