Invite Users feature not working

Is there an existing issue for this?

• I have searched the existing issues

Current Behavior

1. Input name and email of student to be invited
2. Click on the invite all users button
3. Error - Failed to invite users. You may reload and try again.

Issue still persists even after reloading and trying again.

Expected Behavior

Invitation email to be sent to students successfully.
