Make Dashboard cards interactive (pressable buttons)

Currently, the cards displayed on the Dashboard screen are purely decorative and do not respond to user interaction. This issue tracks the work to convert them into tappable/pressable widgets that navigate to the appropriate screen or trigger the relevant action.
