Add official Somnia RPC endpoints - #3154

Thanks for updating the Somnia RPC listings. The RPC endpoints themselves are valid, but the columns have been filled in categorically incorrectly.

Please review the [Common Columns](https://github.com/Chain-Love/chain-love/wiki/Common-Columns) documentation and the [APIs category](https://github.com/Chain-Love/chain-love/wiki/APIs) before making further changes.

The RPC endpoints themselves are valid and should remain, but they must be moved to the correct columns according to the wiki documentation.

Thanks for the update, but the current changes to these two rows are not usable. Several values were added to incorrect columns, and the added metadata is unnecessary.

Please replace both modified rows with the following:

The mainnet listing should remain minimal and inherit the canonical offer data. For testnet, only the network-specific Somnia Testnet website and JSON-RPC documentation should be overridden.
