Jquery $("#tempId").tmpl() not working

I am using Jquery Template (http://api.jquery.com/tmpl/) to bind data which in the form of array.

Things are working fine in Internet Explorer but it is not working in mozilla and chrome.

Can some one help me to figure out the cause of this issue...?

I have also tested my code using http://jsfiddle.net/rniemeyer/cnzeg/ and it is working perfect in Mozilla as well.

how the sample application on Jquery official site are working in all the browser ?

Do we need any additional plugin to be used..?
