🛠️ Implementation Guide

1. Add triple-slash NatSpec comments to Role struct and bitmasks.
2. Run Rust doc generator to verify output.

• Code compiles and adheres to Soroban/Rust/TypeScript best practices.
• Unit tests cover both happy paths and expected error states.
• All CI/CD pipelines pass successfully.
