Add/update LICENSE, NOTICE, TRADEMARK.md, LICENSE-zh.md, TRADEMARK-zh.md per MushroomDAO ecosystem standard.
Supply-chain hardening: pin contributor-assistant/github-action to commit SHA ca4a40a7d1 (v2.6.1) so a compromised tag cannot inject malicious code into pull_request_target workflows that have repo-secret access. Also drop the unnecessary `actions: write` permission.
